Supply Chain Analyst - supplier performance (Des Moines, IA)

Cedar Juniper Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Des Moines, and we need a Supply Chain Analyst to lead our supplier performance. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Build reports on cold storage that planners can act on. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of cold storage. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
