Supply Chain Analyst - supplier performance (Des Moines, IA)

Ironwood Bright Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Des Moines area. We are hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to take on supplier performance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Build reports on meter reading that planners can act on. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Support annual contract and network reviews. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of meter reading. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
