Supply Chain Analyst - supplier performance (Des Moines, IA)

Bright Fern Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Des Moines. We are hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to take on supplier performance. You would join a small organisation of about 145 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Build reports on outage response that planners can act on. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Support annual contract and network reviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of outage response. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
