Supply Chain Analyst - supplier performance (Cincinnati, OH)

Northwind Timber Manufacturing is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst. The job centres on supplier performance for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Build reports on work orders that planners can act on. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Knowledge of work orders. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
