Supply Chain Analyst - supplier performance (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Pine Manufacturing Group and adding a Supply Chain Analyst whose main responsibility will be supplier performance. You would join a small organisation of about 96 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Build reports on work orders that planners can act on. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Knowledge of work orders. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
