Supply Chain Analyst - supplier performance (Charlotte, NC)

Westbrook Harbor Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Charlotte, and we need a Supply Chain Analyst to lead our supplier performance. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Build reports on dock schedules that planners can act on. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Support annual contract and network reviews. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of dock schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
