Supply Chain Analyst - supplier performance (Buffalo, NY)

Ironwood Haven Medical designs and makes medical devices in Buffalo. We are hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to take on supplier performance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Build reports on complaint handling that planners can act on. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Support annual contract and network reviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
