Supply Chain Analyst - supplier performance (Birmingham, AL)

Redstone Thistle Staffing is a Birmingham staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to take on supplier performance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Build reports on timekeeping that planners can act on. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Knowledge of timekeeping. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
