Supply Chain Analyst - supplier performance (Baltimore, MD)

Fernwood Lantern Community Partners Group is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst. The job centres on supplier performance for volunteer shifts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Build reports on volunteer shifts that planners can act on. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Knowledge of volunteer shifts. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
