Supply Chain Analyst - supplier performance (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Kestrel Manufacturing and adding a Supply Chain Analyst whose main responsibility will be supplier performance. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Build reports on machine downtime that planners can act on. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of machine downtime. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
