Supply Chain Analyst - logistics cost analysis (Wichita, KS)

Bright Vista Manufacturing is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst. The job centres on logistics cost analysis for tooling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Build reports on tooling that planners can act on. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of tooling. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
