Supply Chain Analyst - logistics cost analysis (Virginia Beach, VA)

Lumen Maple Manufacturing is a Virginia Beach manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Supply Chain Analyst to lead our logistics cost analysis. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Build reports on scrap and rework that planners can act on. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
