Supply Chain Analyst - logistics cost analysis (Toledo, OH)

Harborlight Field Community Partners Group is a Toledo charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Supply Chain Analyst to lead our logistics cost analysis. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Build reports on volunteer shifts that planners can act on. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
