Supply Chain Analyst - logistics cost analysis (Tampa, FL)

Northwind Yarrow Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Tampa. We are hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to take on logistics cost analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 520 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Build reports on loads and lanes that planners can act on. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Knowledge of loads and lanes. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
