Supply Chain Analyst - logistics cost analysis (Seattle, WA)

Bluepeak Forge Freight is a Seattle logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Supply Chain Analyst to lead our logistics cost analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 581 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Build reports on customer tracking that planners can act on. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Knowledge of customer tracking. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
