Supply Chain Analyst - logistics cost analysis (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Bridge Freight Group and adding a Supply Chain Analyst whose main responsibility will be logistics cost analysis. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Build reports on dock schedules that planners can act on. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of dock schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
