Supply Chain Analyst - logistics cost analysis (Sacramento, CA)

Highbridge Yarrow Foods Associates is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst. The job centres on logistics cost analysis for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 58 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Build reports on cold storage that planners can act on. • Support annual contract and network reviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Knowledge of cold storage. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
