Supply Chain Analyst - logistics cost analysis (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Redstone Clear Freight Group and adding a Supply Chain Analyst whose main responsibility will be logistics cost analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Build reports on dock schedules that planners can act on. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Knowledge of dock schedules. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
