Supply Chain Analyst - logistics cost analysis (Sacramento, CA)

Cedar Birch Foods is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst. The job centres on logistics cost analysis for ingredient orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 62 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Build reports on ingredient orders that planners can act on. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of ingredient orders.
