Supply Chain Analyst - logistics cost analysis (Sacramento, CA)

Cedar Ridge Manufacturing makes precision components in Sacramento, and we need a Supply Chain Analyst to lead our logistics cost analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Build reports on customer orders that planners can act on. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Support annual contract and network reviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of customer orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
