Supply Chain Analyst - logistics cost analysis (Richmond, VA)

Bright Junction Water Authority is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst. The job centres on logistics cost analysis for water quality, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 135 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Build reports on water quality that planners can act on. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Knowledge of water quality. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
