Supply Chain Analyst - logistics cost analysis (Reno, NV)

Northwind Oak Foods Group is a Reno food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Supply Chain Analyst to lead our logistics cost analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Build reports on cold storage that planners can act on. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of cold storage. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
