Supply Chain Analyst - logistics cost analysis (remote)

Amberfield Beacon Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Savannah plant, and we need a Supply Chain Analyst to lead our logistics cost analysis. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Build reports on work orders that planners can act on. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of work orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
