Supply Chain Analyst - logistics cost analysis (remote)

Cedar Beacon Manufacturing Group is a Jackson manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Supply Chain Analyst to lead our logistics cost analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 165 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Build reports on tooling that planners can act on. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of tooling. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
