Supply Chain Analyst - logistics cost analysis (remote)

Fernwood Lantern Manufacturing Group is a Philadelphia manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Supply Chain Analyst to lead our logistics cost analysis. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Build reports on tooling that planners can act on. • Support annual contract and network reviews. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Knowledge of tooling. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
