Supply Chain Analyst - logistics cost analysis (remote)

Summit Beacon Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Wichita area, and we need a Supply Chain Analyst to lead our logistics cost analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Build reports on pipe repairs that planners can act on. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
