Supply Chain Analyst - logistics cost analysis (remote)

Cedar Sable Staffing Group is a Des Moines staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to take on logistics cost analysis. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Build reports on temp assignments that planners can act on. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Knowledge of temp assignments. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
