Supply Chain Analyst - logistics cost analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Mill Freight and adding a Supply Chain Analyst whose main responsibility will be logistics cost analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 246 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build reports on claims that planners can act on. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of claims. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
