Supply Chain Analyst - logistics cost analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Vale Manufacturing and adding a Supply Chain Analyst whose main responsibility will be logistics cost analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Build reports on scrap and rework that planners can act on. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Knowledge of scrap and rework. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
