Supply Chain Analyst - logistics cost analysis (remote)

Ironwood Orchard Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around New Orleans. We are hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to take on logistics cost analysis. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Build reports on service complaints that planners can act on. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of service complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
