Supply Chain Analyst - logistics cost analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Sparrow Freight Partners and adding a Supply Chain Analyst whose main responsibility will be logistics cost analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 979 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Build reports on carrier rates that planners can act on. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Knowledge of carrier rates. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
