Supply Chain Analyst - logistics cost analysis (remote)

Silverline Birch Freight Group is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst. The job centres on logistics cost analysis for carrier rates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Build reports on carrier rates that planners can act on. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Knowledge of carrier rates. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
