Supply Chain Analyst - logistics cost analysis (Raleigh, NC)

Redstone Clear Freight is a Raleigh logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Supply Chain Analyst to lead our logistics cost analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build reports on dock schedules that planners can act on. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of dock schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
