Supply Chain Analyst - logistics cost analysis (Providence, RI)

Bluepeak Orchard Foods is a Providence food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Supply Chain Analyst to lead our logistics cost analysis. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Build reports on production batches that planners can act on. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Knowledge of production batches. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
