Supply Chain Analyst - logistics cost analysis (Portland, OR)

Harborlight Beacon Staffing places workers with employers around Portland, and we need a Supply Chain Analyst to lead our logistics cost analysis. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Build reports on client orders that planners can act on. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of client orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
