Supply Chain Analyst - logistics cost analysis (Omaha, NE)

Fernwood Junction Manufacturing makes precision components in Omaha. We are hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to take on logistics cost analysis. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Build reports on production lines that planners can act on. • Support annual contract and network reviews. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Knowledge of production lines. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
