Supply Chain Analyst - logistics cost analysis (New Orleans, LA)

Stonegate Harbor Freight is a New Orleans logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Supply Chain Analyst to lead our logistics cost analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Build reports on claims that planners can act on. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Support annual contract and network reviews. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
