Supply Chain Analyst - logistics cost analysis (Memphis, TN)

Northwind Sable Manufacturing Group is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst. The job centres on logistics cost analysis for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 908 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Build reports on customer orders that planners can act on. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Knowledge of customer orders. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
