Supply Chain Analyst - logistics cost analysis (Las Vegas, NV)

Lumen Oak Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Las Vegas, and we need a Supply Chain Analyst to lead our logistics cost analysis. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Build reports on allergen controls that planners can act on. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of allergen controls. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
