Supply Chain Analyst - logistics cost analysis (Knoxville, TN)

Redstone Meridian Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Knoxville, and we need a Supply Chain Analyst to lead our logistics cost analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Build reports on proof of delivery that planners can act on. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Support annual contract and network reviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Knowledge of proof of delivery. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
