Supply Chain Analyst - logistics cost analysis (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Bright Vale Water Authority and adding a Supply Chain Analyst whose main responsibility will be logistics cost analysis. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Build reports on pipe repairs that planners can act on. • Support annual contract and network reviews. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
