Supply Chain Analyst - logistics cost analysis (Houston, TX)

Foxglove Rook Staffing is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst. The job centres on logistics cost analysis for temp assignments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Build reports on temp assignments that planners can act on. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Knowledge of temp assignments. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
