Supply Chain Analyst - logistics cost analysis (Hartford, CT)

Bluepeak Bridge Farms is an agricultural business based around Hartford, and we need a Supply Chain Analyst to lead our logistics cost analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Build reports on harvest schedules that planners can act on. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Knowledge of harvest schedules. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
