Supply Chain Analyst - logistics cost analysis (Grand Rapids, MI)

Cedar Linden Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Grand Rapids, and we need a Supply Chain Analyst to lead our logistics cost analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Build reports on seasonal crews that planners can act on. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
