Supply Chain Analyst - logistics cost analysis (Detroit, MI)

Ironwood North Staffing is a Detroit staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Supply Chain Analyst to lead our logistics cost analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Build reports on candidate screening that planners can act on. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of candidate screening.
