Supply Chain Analyst - logistics cost analysis (Detroit, MI)

Foxglove Junction Community Partners is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst. The job centres on logistics cost analysis for client intake, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Build reports on client intake that planners can act on. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of client intake. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
