Supply Chain Analyst - logistics cost analysis (Detroit, MI)

Foxglove Quill Foods Group is a Detroit food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to take on logistics cost analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Build reports on allergen controls that planners can act on. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of allergen controls.
