Supply Chain Analyst - logistics cost analysis (Detroit, MI)

We are growing our team at Bright Sparrow Farms and adding a Supply Chain Analyst whose main responsibility will be logistics cost analysis. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Build reports on harvest schedules that planners can act on. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
