Supply Chain Analyst - logistics cost analysis (Detroit, MI)

We are growing our team at Greenridge River Staffing and adding a Supply Chain Analyst whose main responsibility will be logistics cost analysis. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Build reports on temp assignments that planners can act on. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of temp assignments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
