Supply Chain Analyst - logistics cost analysis (Des Moines, IA)

We are growing our team at Summit Pharma and adding a Supply Chain Analyst whose main responsibility will be logistics cost analysis. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Build reports on quality documentation that planners can act on. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of quality documentation. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
